    Sautéed chicken cutlet in a light parmesan cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, fresh herbs and button mushrooms, served on a bed of fettuccini pasta, with green beans.
  • Chicken Parmigiana - 13.95
    Sautéed white meat of chicken with our own marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese. Served with pasta.
  • Chicken Caesar Salad - 13.95
    Traditional Caesar salad topped with grilled chicken strips, croutons and tomato wedge.
  • Turkey & Dressing - 14.95
    White meat of turkey served on homemade stuffing, with whipped potatoes, gravy, peas and a dollop of cranberry sauce.
  • Baked Salmon - 14.95
    Fresh fillet of salmon, topped with a creamy roasted red pepper sauce and served on bed of fettuccini with whole buttered green beans.

The menu items presented represent our most popular selections. If you have a special request, our chef's will be happy to customize your menu.

Menu price is for one entree selection. Add 2.00 to menu price for each additional selection.

In order to adequately prepare for your banquet, we request your menu selections at least three weeks prior to your function. A guaranteed number of guests are required 48 hours in advance. When two or more menu items are selected, a guaranteed count is required 72 hours in advance. This guaranteed count is not subject to reduction.
