    Breast of chicken filled with baked ham and Swiss cheese, served with sauce supreme. May be served either breaded or unbreaded.

BEEF

  • Beef Roulades - $15.95
    Three rolls of top sirloin filled with homemade bread stuffing, topped with gravy and garnished with tobacco onions.
  • Beef Wellington - $19.95
    A petite filet mignon, topped with mushroom duxelle, wrapped in puff pastry and served with bordelaise sauce.
  • Steak Edinburgh - $21.95
    Slow-roasted sirloin strip steak, encrusted with herbs, peppers and a vegetable demi-glace. (minimum order of 20)

    Our specialty, served with button mushrooms and au jus. (minimum order of 15)

  • The menu items presented represent our most popular selections. If you have a special request, our chef's will be happy to customize your menu. Menu price is for a maximum of two entree selections. Add $1.00 to each entree if more than two are selected.
  • In order to adequately prepare for your banquet, we request your menu selections at least three weeks prior to your function. A guaranteed number of guests are required 48 hours in advance. When two or more menu items are selected, a guaranteed count is required 72 hours in advance. This guaranteed count is not subject to reduction.
